Conference on the results of the project: Detection of actions to improve the management of religious diversity in the Catalan labor environment
On Thursday, February 18th, from 10am to 12pm in virtual format, the final conference of the project titled Detection of actions to improve the management of religious diversity in the Catalan labor environment will take place. The project is funded by the Directorate-General for Religious Affairs of the Government of Catalonia.
The project has been led by the IMSE research group (formerly MEDIS) from the Department of Pedagogy at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. The project began in 2019 and focuses on addressing the reality of managing religious diversity in the workplace, aiming to identify actions aimed at improving the labor inclusion of people who use religious symbols, with a special emphasis on the use of the hijab.
The conference will start at 10am and conclude at 12pm, with participation from both the research team members and other community agents and researchers on the topic.
