News "Research Stays at European Universities: Edinburgh, Toulouse, Helsinki"
Several members of IMSE have done or will do research stays at other European universities.
Professor Carme Garcia carried out a research stay between June 20th and July 20th at Université Capitole de Toulouse (France) with Professor Jérôme Ferret at the Institut du Droit de l'Espace, des Territoires, de la Culture et de la Communication (IDETCOM), working on issues related to intercultural coexistence and processes of radicalization.
Laura Natividad has been a postdoctoral visitor for three months at the Centre for Research on Families and Relationships (CRFR), based at the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Kaveri Qureshi, Associate Professor and co-director of the CRFR, was the host for Laura Natividad's visit. Their collaboration has been highly valued, with the perspective of continuing to work together in the future.
Predoctoral researcher Guillermo Legorburo is now beginning a 3-month stay at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki with Professor Emeritus Jeff Hearn, one of the most important masculinity researchers in the world, a theme of Guillermo's doctoral thesis, who will participate with GODESS, an international institute that develops and brings together research areas on gender, diversity, organizations, and management.
