On May 16th, Diario de Tarragona published a news article in which it disseminated the new Guide "Dialogic Learning and School Coexistence". It is an initiative by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, which gathers the experience of educational institutions from 14 countries over 25 years in this area.
The authors are Carme Garcia Yeste, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology at the URV and a member of the IMSE research group.
The guide already has over 6,000 views and 2,700 downloads.
Some of the contents you will find inside include: the theoretical and scientific basis of dialogic learning; an explanation of its 7 principles; an explanation of Learning Communities and some Successful Educational Actions (educational community participation, dialogic teacher training...), and specifically, in great detail, the Dialogic Model for conflict prevention and resolution. It includes success stories and online resources, as well as bibliographies of the highest scientific level.
